The Mews Navigator allows users to check-in/out online, directly order services from hotels (rooms, room service, concierge services, spa treatments, etc) but also in the host city (ticketing, restaurant bookings, food delivery, etc). In order to drive customers into the Mews Navigator, the Commander and Distributor function as funnels constantly redirecting customers into the Mews network.
